Dr Jefferson Yu-Jen Chen is a full-time faculty member of GIBS and a consultant across various sectors. Dr Chen is also involved in designing and lecturing executive education modules aimed at fostering innovative leaders, strategists and consultants.
Dr Chen holds two PhDs, one of which focuses on enhancing the collective intelligence of teams for corporate innovation.
Prior to joining GIBS, Dr Chen was employed by the CSIR for eight years and before that spent four years managing his family-owned retail businesses.
